With her diverse background, Dr. Habchi has developed expertise in spinal and extremity adjustments, myofascial therapy, craniosacral therapy, cranial therapy, and visceral manipulation. She also specializes in treating athletes, TMJ disorders, and at-risk adults who require a more gentle approach.

Dr. Habchi takes a holistic approach to health by addressing the root causes of her patients' conditions. She focuses on analyzing posture, kinetic muscle chains, neurosensory organs, and proprioception to develop personalized treatment plans. Her ultimate goal is to help patients return to their optimal health as efficiently and permanently as possible.

Areas of Specialty

Cranial Facial Release example

Cranial Fascial Release

  •  Cranial Facial Release, or "CFR" is an advanced endo-nasal cranial technique that has been used quite successfully in the treatment of various neurological and structural disorders.
  • The objective of CFR is to induce mobility in the cranial system (specifically the sphenoid bone) with the purpose of facilitating normal cranial respiratory function.
  • The technique is performed by inserting tiny balloons in the nose (specifically the naso pharynx) then quickly inflating them to mobilize the cranial bones.

TMJ pain

TMJ or Temporomandibular Joint

  •  Temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) is a set of conditions affecting the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and surrounding muscles, causing pain and dysfunction in jaw movement.
  • We work in collaboration with your dental practitioner/orthodontist to holistically treat the stomatognathic system and  address the associated complaints in the head and neck region.
